This KTB is just like our standard KTB, but utilizes an upgraded lock that employs an MCN high-security screw. And like the standard KTB, the effect when aroused is like having a thousand piranha nibbling at the circumference of his penis. 

The beauty of the KTB is that it works great as a stand alone device, or with an optional base ring, which adds a layer of security.

Included are one security screw and one MCN key. You choose between the standard MCN key or upgrade to a MCN key with locking security vault (includes 8 numbered, plastic seals.)  A base ring may be found in the shop.
